Tuition Fee Payments

Fees may be paid by:

a) Single Module (Deposit & Balance) or

b) Levels of Certification (Payment Plans).  See Payment Plan Options below:

1. Registration Closing Dates, Deposit and Balance of fees are listed with each Module’s information. When paying by Module, deposits are non-refundable. Fee Balance is due 3 weeks before class commencement dates. On receipt of deposit, Prior Learning Part A will be downloadable from the website. On receipt of the balance, the Preparatory Units Part B testing must be completed 100% before attending Practical classes. If an outstanding balance is not received by the due date the position will be offered to students on the waiting list in order of receipt of registration. Tuition Refund, minus the deposit, is available prior to the Registration Closing Date.
2. Agreed Payment Plan quarterly payments must be up to date for students to participate in any Module: online, theory or practical. Online learning Modules are available on completion of the previous one whereby students may proceed at their own rate of learning. Under the Payment Plan agreement, if unable to attend a practical class, please inform the office by email education@jent.net.au as early as possible.

 

Please note: Students on a Payment Plan for Certification have first preference for places in all Practicals up until 6 weeks before the class commencement date.
